Good morning!
We have consultants joining us at the end of March to refine our freshman-entry BSN holistic admissions process. They have asked for information about the number of applicants other BSN programs are receiving in our state in order to develop a 5-year admission plan for us. Can you share your average numbers of applications for entry into your BSN programs, particularly if you have freshman entry?

Greetings!  I'm looking forward to this conversation. 

At Mason, we have the following applications for Fall 2020.  This is down just a bit from previous years.  We have a second-gate approach to admissions but we are looking to move to direct admit.  However, we have 1600 students who apply to Mason for pre-nursing and of those about 1200 are admitted to Mason with over 400 in our pre-nursing program.  

RN-BSN= 21 for fall, we have admissions twice a year to this program
LPN-BSN (veteran- new program)= 3
Traditional= 226
Accelerated Second-Degree= 158
